1. Licence and Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. You must not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any part of it.
Attempt to extract the source code or create derivative works.
Translate the app into other languages without our written permission.
Use our trademarks or branding without authorisation.

The app, and all related intellectual property rights, remain the property of The Budgeting Company Limited.

2. Changes and Pricing

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. We may charge for certain services, but will make it clear what you are paying for before you commit.

Lifetime Subscriptions

If you purchase a lifetime subscription, “lifetime” means the operational lifetime of The Budgeting App. This is the period during which we continue to make the app available and supported. It does not mean your lifetime or an indefinite guarantee of service. If the app is discontinued, the lifetime subscription will end.

3. Personal Data and Security

The app stores and processes personal data you provide so we can deliver our services. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the app secure. We recommend you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and prevent the app from working.

Keep your device charged. We are not responsible if you cannot use the app because your device is out of power.
